Gary Kale says “what dictates healthy debt is whether the debt is being used for something that is going to be worth more in the future, or less. As an example, most people are never going to have the amount of money to just go and buy a house cash. They’re going to need and go and take out a mortgage for that, but that would be buying an asset.”
